  I travelled to M&S in Barnstaple from Bude to purchase trousers they had none in my size I am a larger person. I needed. the trousers for the weekend so I went to Atlantic village What a difference I bought a jacket 2 pairs of trousers a jacket & 4 tops. I am disabled the help patience I received from staff along with the humour was amazing I cannot thank them enough.

  I generally like Marks & Spencer but this one is an outlet which means that it's got more in common with the typical Primark than the typical M&S. It's good for a bargain but doesn't have the usual M&S feel when it comes to customer service.
